Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service or listing plan at any time by contacting us.

 

1. Before Activation

If the service/listing is not activated, cancellation is permitted and a refund may be issued under our refund policy.

 

2. After Activation

If the service is already activated or listing is published, cancellation is allowed, but no refund will be provided.

 

3. Auto Expiry

Services auto-expire after their respective duration (1, 3, or 12 months) unless renewed manually.
